Miracle Life Tabernacle Ministries International is a community of diverse believers in one locale but laden with a global presence who have been drawn together by their unique individual experiences of the love and grace of God through Jesus Christ and is committed to fulfilling God’s purpose as a corporate body.

We are called to be a beckon of light for Christ by winning the lost, and to teach every believer who they are in Christ and that they have been positioned to live a victorious life – with all their covenant rights and privileges. This takes place when we are rooted and grounded in God’s Word and then reach out to others with these same principles.

We are called to reveal the mysteries, the victorious revelations of God’s Word…that have been hidden from the ages. (Colossians 1:25-28.)

We are called to build an army of mature believers, bringing them from milk to meat, from religion to reality to relationship.
We are called to train them to become skillful in the Word of righteousness, to stand firm in the spiritual warfare against the kingdom of darkness. (Hebrews 5:12, Ephesians 6:10-18)

We are called to lead people to the place where they can operate proficiently in the Biblical principles of faith, love, healing, prosperity, redemption, and righteousness, and be able to share these principles with others as they function from their place of Kingdom Authority.

We are called to train believers to become rooted and grounded in the infallible Word of God by teaching them that God’s word is the first and final authority in their lives. (Colossians 1:23, Psalm 112)

Tracy Cooke
Prophet, Founder
Tracy Allen Cooke is a disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ and is a man passionately pursuing after God’s own heart. He is a consecrated servant surrendered to fulfilling the Great Commission commanded by Christ; to preach the gospel of the Kingdom to all creation, to demonstrate the miraculous power of Jesus as a testimony to the gospel, to baptize new believers and to make disciples of those that have received Christ. He is weighted with an apostolic grace and authority, authenticated by the manifestation of miracles, signs, and wonders. He is mantled to function as a prophetic voice who receives supernatural revelation and speaks by divine inspiration. He is empowered and guided by the Holy Spirit to teach the mysteries of God’s word from a dimension of depth and clarity establishing a culture of individuals toward full maturity in Christ.

Prophet Tracy operates in the spirit of a servant as he has demonstrated throughout the extensive years of his ministry. He is one whom God has raised up and has been positioned onto a global platform to bring the message of revival and a spirit of awakening to all nations.
Along with his wife, Pastor Shawn, they have established Miracle Life Tabernacle Ministries International to be a dwelling place where the glory of God abides continually and where individuals are equipped, perfected and released into the purpose the Holy Spirit has called them into rendering them effective for their Kingdom assignments.

Prophet Tracy is also the founder of Cooke Revivals and Elijah Training Center (a school of the prophetic). He has graced many worldwide platforms, including Sid Roth’s It’s Supernatural and King’s Jesus Ministry with Apostle Guillermo Maldonado. As well as being a revivalist, a prophet to the nations, he is also the author of “Heavenly Secrets to Unwrapping Your Spiritual Gifts, which you can order here.
Shawn Cooke
Overseer
Pastor Shawn Cooke is a chosen vessel of honor and a woman that seeks after the face of the Father with fervency, humility, and heart. She has dedicated her life to be a living example and a testimony to the power and love of Christ. She is compelled and moved with compassion to launch every believer into their Kingdom purpose and full potential in Christ. She is versatile in the realm of the prophetic, commission to function in the gift of exhortation and skilled to rightly divide the Word of Truth. She has been endowed with the mantle of intercession and possesses a passion to develop and train individuals how to operate effectively as watchmen of the gates and warriors on the wall.

Pastor Shawn currently serves as the Overseer of Miracle Life Tabernacle Ministries International which she and her husband, Prophet Tracy, established to be a dwelling place were the glory of God abides continually and where individuals are equipped, perfected and released into the purpose Holy Spirit has called them into rendering them effective for their Kingdom assignments.

With more than two decades of teaching and counseling experience, Pastor Shawn has been able to reach people of all ages and backgrounds, with humor, warmth, transparency, and strength inspiring believers to operate from a posture of victory.
